Spooky Mini-Update (v0.6.6)

Event Overview

The Spooky Mini-Update shipped 31 October 2025 as v0.6.6—the largest content drop since early Atlas expansion. Six floors, a new seasonal entity, two starter items, five consumables, one trap, Custom Lobbies with modifier stacks, and serverwide event support transformed October runs and permanent Atlas routing.

Unlike limited-time modes that vanish after holidays, most Spooky content merged permanently into standard runs. October seasonal influence boosts Jack-O-Bomber spawns from Floor 5 and unlocks Lobby Shop Vampiric Ring purchases.

Headline Additions

Jack-O-Bomber patrols on horseback firing Jack-O-Bombs and sawblades—see our Seasonal Entities guide for counterplay. Vampiric Ring offers health-cost invisibility with bat swarm slows. Wicked! modifier joins custom lobby and Daily modifier pools for extra challenge.

Custom Lobbies debuted with full modifier curation—Surplus, Scarcity, Infestation, Wicked!, and more stackable for friend-group challenge runs without affecting Daily leaderboard integrity.

October Seasonal Playbook

Run Hallow's Eve and Pool 1 maps during October for thematic routing practice. Stock Granola Bar bleed answers before Jack-O-Bomber Floor 5 spawns. Buy Vampiric Ring from Lobby Shop if testing invisibility builds before Black Market Floor 30.

Serverwide events may grant classic mode bonuses during active periods—watch Foxxive Discord #dev-announcements for live event windows beyond static Halloween theming.

Permanent Legacy

Entity reclassifications from v0.6.6 persist—Grappler and Lurker common with no floor lock; Warden uncommon past Floor 5. Info pickups are per-player unique. Randomize loadout and item visibility toggles remain lobby staples.
