What Epilogue Means

Epilogue is the next major Depth Spelunking content update announced by Foxxive Studios. It is not yet live. July 2026 Recode public testing rebuilds underlying systems so Epilogue entities, floors, and modes can ship on a more stable foundation.

Treat every Epilogue detail as provisional. Community votes and Discord teasers confirm roster direction; final mechanics, spawn rules, and MDL values will only be authoritative after official patch notes.

Confirmed Upcoming Entities

A July 2025 community entity poll locked four guaranteed Epilogue additions: False Delvers (879 votes), Seraphim (708), The Beekeeper (593), and Illusionist (584). Entropy narrowly missed the cut at 574 votes.

False Delvers topped the poll as a deceptive multi-entity threat concept. Seraphim was framed as a Guardian-type angelic presence. Beekeeper throws blinding beehives with stamina drain. Illusionist—teased since 2023 with sun-ray head and floating mirrors—draws inspiration from Minus Elevation’s namesake entity.

How to Prepare

Master current v0.6.8 systems—Daily Mode scoring, seed practice in custom lobbies, Floor 20 bosses, and point-based spawn budgets—so Epilogue additions feel like expansions rather than resets. Bank money and diversify starter unlocks before major balance passes.

During Recode testing, report bugs instead of farming spoilers into guides. After Recode closes, watch Dev-Notify for Epilogue ship windows and refresh this page when official notes land.
